I’m not 100% sure we’re a good fit.

While we’re certain you are very committed to volunteerism (you are here) and are likely an amazing organization, we’re not for everyone. Well, we are for every organization that believes in the impact of extraordinary volunteerism, but perhaps the timing is off.

Here’s What We’re Looking For in a Customer

  • Needs to solve sophisticated problems
  • Values unparalleled support, coaching, and consulting
  • Would like a holistic software system, not something that solves one part of a larger equation
  • Has excellent people in place to support their goals for volunteerism
  • Deeply values their staff time, wanting to provide them with the right systems to do their jobs well
  • Has allocated a budget commensurate with the above

Your Budget is Too Low (for us)

Unfortunately, the budget you submitted precludes you from our most affordable plan (setup fee plus first year subscription). Therefore, I see two options:

If this is possible and you still believe we might be a good fit, watch a 20-minute recorded demo. It costs a little more than your current budget but perhaps seeing the product will inspire you to make the additional investment.

Explore Free or Low Cost Alternatives

There are plenty of free or near free solutions on the market. A simple Google search will reveal the tools available. The budget range you have indicated means that you will likely need to adopt several (low-cost or free) systems to address all of the ingredients in the Recipe for Extraordinary Volunteerism. But that may be okay. We all have to start somewhere and that may be your best starting point. Once you get to a point where those tools create a barrier for growth, then come back to us.
